Inspection on regular basic of all building M&E facilities at all BUs for YGN region, 

Prepare team duty assigns and weekly maintenance schedule to allocate the tasks on time, 

Oversee the M&E operation and make all team members are coached with building M&E instruction, 

Routine check and preventive plan of building plumbing system: pipelines are properly functional, 

Inspection on regular basic of distribution board, and sockets related with electrical appliances, 

Inspection on fire-fighting equipment of fire extinguishers, smoke detector, sprinklers, hose reels and ensure that all fire control panels are properly functioning, 

Performance check to generator and handle in generator operation (fuel using and maintenance servicing), 

Assist in the supervision and evaluation of FM maintenance works performed by contractors, 

Supervise the vendor performance and handymen. 

1–2 years' experience in O&M of A/C, generators, DBs, electrical/plumbing systems

Basic English (conversational)

Proficient in MS Office & Outlook

Good communication skills
