Computer Microsoft Excel/Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုပြီးလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာစာရွက်စာတမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းကို စနစ်တကျဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
ကုမ္ပဏီတွင်အသုံးပြုသောစာရေးကိရိယာများ၊ ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများကို စာရင်းပြုစုထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
ပေးအပ်သောလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များဆောင်ရွက်မှုအတွက် မိမိအထက်တာဝန်ရှိသူထံသို့ နေ့စဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာစနစ်တကျတင်ပြရမည်။
မိမိဌာန၏နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများတွင် လိုအပ်သလို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
