Raw Material, Production Process နှင့် Finished Product များကို ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Quality Standard များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ကာ အရည်အသွေး၊ သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး စံနှုန်းများကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
Quality Control System နှင့် Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီခြင်း
Quality Inspection Report များနှင့် စစ်ဆေးမှု မှတ်တမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားရှိခြင်း
အရည်အသွေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများ တွေ့ရှိပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Supervisor ထံ တင်ပြ၍ ဖြေရှင်းရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Quality Problem များအတွက် Root Cause Analysis နှင့် ဖြေရှင်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီခြင်း

FMCG သို့မဟုတ် Manufacturing စက်ရုံတွင် Quality Control / Quality Assurance အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
GMP, Quality Control Process နှင့် Food Safety Standards များအပေါ် အခြေခံသိရှိနားလည်မှုရှိသူ
အသေးစိတ်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
စက်ရုံပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး Safety Rules များကို လိုက်နာနိုင်သူ.
Food Science / Chemistry / Engineering သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်များဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
Computer အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ (MS Office)
