Monitor and report the process control parameter to meet the standard quality results.
Analysis and monitor the daily BOM consumption, operational utility such as electricity, water, steam consumptions.
Abnormal trend identification and reporting.
Document controlling adapted with the QMS requirements and data disciplinary.
Analysis and execution the 4M efficiency.
Daily documentation function for trial record, change history update, data traceability maintenance.
Cross-fucntional coordination during trial, analysis stage, improvement stage.

Execution to the new project such as new machine installation, machine replacement.

Job Requirements

Execution the quality and productivity improvement.
Execution the updated standard consumption.
Seek the continual improvement and customer requirement based on development support.
Seek the factory waste. Analysis the root cause and take the actions.
Report the standard trial report to manager.
Update the document to meet the QMS requirements.
Project-execution to new machine set-up project and new operational projects.
