ဧည့်သည်များနှင့် Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များ/ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှု့များကို သင့်တင့်သလို ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးခြင်း
ဧည့်ကြိုဧရိယာနှင့် အများသုံးနေရာအားလုံးကို အမြဲတစေ သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ရှိနေစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
Daily report သို့မဟုတ် visitor log များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
ရုံးသုံးစာရေးကိရိယာများ ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း၊ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
အစည်းအဝေးခန်း booking, သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ လိုအပ်သောပံ့ပိုးမှုများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
