Wall Street English (WSE) သို့လာရောက်သော Internal or External Guest များ ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် Interviewees များကို ‌ေနွးထွေးစွာကြိုဆိုခြင်း ။
WSE ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍ မေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းလာသောမေးခွန်းများကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Educational Consultant နှင့် appointment ချိတ်ပေးခြင်း ။
ဆက်သွယ်လာသော အဝင် call များကိုဖြေကြားပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနထံလွဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း ၊ အဝင် call များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြေကြား ရှင်းပြပေးခြင်း ။
အဝင် call and guest list များ Student information များကို system ထဲတွင်ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း။
လိုအပ်သော paper work များကို file ထားခြင်း / Blank paper file များကိုအသင့်ပြင်ဆင်ထားခြင်း ၊ Potential student list များကို report လုပ်ခြင်း။
ကျောင်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော Email , Fax , delivery များကိုလက်ခံပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနကို အကြောင်းကြားပေးခြင်း ။
Center သို့လာရောက်သော / ဆက်သွယ်လာသော သက်ဆိုင်ရာ New Students များအား Placement Test စစ်ဆေးခြင်း Process handle လုပ်ခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team) and basic office equipment.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Myanmar.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
