Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
• ဆန်စက်ပစစည််း (Rice Milling Machines, Spare Parts, Accessories) မ ်းက Customer မ ်းထံ
တက်ကကြွစြွ အရ င််းပမြှင ်တင်ပြင််း ။
• Potential Customers (Rice Mill Owners, Factory Owners, Dealers) မ ်းက ှ ရ ြွပြင််း။
• Customer လ အပ်ြ က်မ ်းက န ်းလည်ပပ ်း သင ်ရတ ်ရသ Machine / Solution မ ်းက တင်ပပရပ်းပြင််း။
• Quotation, Costing, Negotiation နှင ် Sales Closing မ ်း ရဆ င် ွက်ပြင််း။
• Sales Target မ ်း ပပည ်မ ရအ င် ကက ြု်းစ ်းရအ င်ပမင်ရစ န် လ ပ်ရဆ င်ပြင််း။
• Sales Report, Customer Visit Report မ ်းက အြ န်မှန် တင်ပပပြင််း။
Marketing Responsibilities
• Market Survey ပပြုလ ပ်၍ Competitor Analysis နှင ် Market Trend မ ်းက ရလ လ ပြင််း။
• Marketing Plan နှင ် Promotion Activities (Exhibition, Factory Visit, Product Demo) မ ်းရဆ င် ွက်
ပြင််း။
• Social Media, Flyer, Brochure စသည ် Marketing Materials မ ်းတြွင် ပါဝင်ကူည ပြင််း။

• Brand Awareness တ ်းတက်ရစ န် Campaign မ ်း စ မံရဆ င် ွက်ပြင််း။
Installation & Service Coordination
• Sales ရအ င်ပမင်ပပ ်းရန က် Installation Schedule မ ်းက Engineering / Service Team နှင ် ညြှ န ှုင််းပြင််း။
• Customer မ ်း၏ After-Sales Service, Maintenance နှင ် Complaint မ ်းက စနစ်တက လ က်လံညြှ န ှုင််း
ရပ ှင််းပြင််း။
• Customer Satisfaction တ ်းတက်ရစ န် Follow-up မ ်း ရဆ င် ွက်ပြင််း။

Education & Experience
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field)
• Machinery, Industrial Equipment တြွင် Sales & Marketing အရတြွွေ့အကကံြု ှ သူဦ်းစ ်းရပ်းပါမည်။
• Field Sales အရတြွွေ့အကကံြု ှ သူက ဦ်းစ ်းရပ်းပါမည်။
Skills & Competencies
• Communication Skill ရက င််းမြွန်ပပ ်း Negotiation ကျွမ််းက င် မည်။
• Customer-oriented Mindset ှ မည်။
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသံ ်းပပြုန င် မည်။
