Support Department Head, Sales & Marketing team and Operation Team
Process paper work, documentation, invoice and quotation preparation
Handling and communicating with related departments for stock report, products sample
Maintain accurate computer and manual filing system
Prepare Daily and Monthly reports (Related tasks)
Complete Other tasks assigned by Department Head

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree
Age not over 26 years
Most preference the applicant who lives in Mandalay City
At least 2 years experiences as Sales Admin and most preferable in construction field
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, good ethics and teamwork spirit
Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Adobe Page maker, Internet and Email)
