Customer needs and wants ကိုနားလည်ပြီး Long-term relationship တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
ရိုးသားကြိုးစား၍ အသင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
မနက်ဆိုင်း၊ ညနေဆိုင်း အလှည့်ကျ ဆင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
နေ့စဥ်၊ အပတ်စဥ် အရောင်း စာရင်း ပြုစုရမည်/ အပတ်စဥ် stock ကောက်၍ စာရင်းစစ်ရမည်။
