Store / Department သို့ရောက်ရှိလာသော customer များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်နှင့် မိမိ၏ထုတ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအကြောင်း ကောင်းစွာရှင်းပြပေးရန်။
အရောင်း စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် အမြင့်ဆုံးအဆင့်နှင့် အရောင်းပစ်မှတ်များကျော်လွန်စေရန်အတွက် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးခြင်းတို့လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
အရောင်းအစီအစဥ်များနှင့် ပစ်မှတ်များကို စတိုး/ဌာနအဖွဲ့ထံ ထိရောက်သော ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို အထိရောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်အောင် အရောင်းဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ငွေကိုင်များနှင့် အရောင်းအကြံပေးများထံ လုပ်ရိုးလုပ်စဉ်များနှင့်အညီတာဝန်များကိုပေးအပ်ရန်။
အရောင်းဆိုင်/ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ လူအင်အားကို customer ဝန်ဆောင်မှု၏ အမြင့်ဆုံးစံချိန်စံညွှန်းများကို အကောင်းဆုံး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုလိုအပ်ချက်များကို လိုအပ်သောဌာနများသို့ အကြံပြုရန်။
ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများနှင့် ပွဲများအားလုံးကို ကောင်းစွာနားလည်သဘောပေါက်ပြီး ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုနိုင်စေရန်အတွက် အပတ်စဉ် စတိုး/ဌာန အစည်းအဝေးများကို တက်ရောက်ပြီ လိုအပ်ချက်များဝေဖန်အကြုံပြုရန်။
စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် customer ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အလေးထားရန်နှင့် customer complaint များသေချာစွာဖြေရှင်းရန်။
ထိရောက်သောစတော့ရှယ်ယာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုကိုသေချာစေရန်အတွက် စာရင်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းများတွင် စီနီယာတွဲဖက်နှင့် အရောင်းမန်နေဂျာအား ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်။
လစဉ်/ နှစ်စဉ် အရောင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကိုစစ်ဆေးပြီး မိမိ၏အထက်လူကြီးထံတင်ပြရန်။

တက္ကသိုလ်မှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ။ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 2 နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
စတိုးဆိုင်လည်ပတ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို ပြည့်စုံစွာ သိရှိနားလည်သဘောပေါက်ရမည်။
စာရင်းအင်းလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့် ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်မှုရှိရမည်။ နားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်။
အချိန်အဆိုင်းများဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Customer Communication ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
