Maintain customer satisfaction for long term relationship as business partner.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retain industry especially in tile & construction industry.
Analysis the martket competition to see the market trend in retail market
Manage showroom for customer attraction , clean and safe store enviroment.
Monitor and manage stock level to have enough different types of product ready.
Analyse daily sales figure and showroom sale targets for sales incease regularly.
