Monthly Trip Plan များအား ရေးဆွဲပေးရပါသည်။
Trip အလိုက် လိုအပ်သော Stock များ နှင့် ငွေကောက်ခံရန်အတွက် Credit Invoice များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department မှကြိုတင်ထုတ်ယူရပါသည်။
Trip အတွက် လိုအပ်သော Sales နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် promotin Materials များအား ကြိုတင်ထုတ်ယူရပါသည်။
Trip အရောင်း အတွက် ERP System အသုံးပြု၍ Invoicing Process အားပြုလုပ်ပါသည်။
ပစ္စည်းပို့ခြင်းနှင့် ‌Customer များထံမှရရန်ရှိ ‌Invoice များအား ငွေကောက်ခံခြင်းကိုဆက်လက်၍ပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်။
Trip တွင် တွေ့ရှိသော Market Information များကို Assistant Sales Manager ထံ အချိန်မှီအကြောင်းကြား ပေးပါသည်။
Trip မှ ပြန်ရောက်ပါက နောက်ရက်တွင် ERP System အသုံးပြု၍ Sales Return Process အား ပြုလုပ်ပါသည်။
လိုအပ်ပါက Internal Marketing Department များနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်မူ့ ပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်။
လစဉ် Target အတွက် Tripအရောင်းများအားတွက်ချက်မှု့ပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်။
Trip မှ ကောက်ခံရရှိသော‌ငွေများအားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department သို့အပ်နှံခြင်း Trip သုံစားရိပ်ရှင်းလင်းခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်။
Trip မှ Credit ရောင်းချထားသော Invoice များနှင့် ငွေမရရှိခဲ့သောOver Due Invoice များအားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department သို့ပြန်လည်အပ်နှံခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်
Monthly Sales Achievement အား Assistant Manager ထံ Report ပြုလုပ်ရပါသည်။
