-Sales man သည် customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ အဆိုပြုချက်များ နှင့် ပစ္စည်းများ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်းများကို ဉီးဆောင်ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

-Sales နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။

-ချမှတ်ထားသော Sales target ပြည့်မှီစေရန် မိမိ၏ area အတွင်း sales visits များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းများ ရောင်းရန်လုံလောက်မှုရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်

-မိမိ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများပြုစုပြီး ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် လိုအပ်သည်တို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်

II.    DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  1. Sales Performance Report 

• Sales Monitoring Report – Delivery status, Target VS Actual

 

  1. Order Generation Process 

• Organize, prepare, facilitate and coordinate the necessary documents for stocks allocation, sales order, delivery of approved sales order of URC Direct Customers. 

• Encodes and prepares all the necessary documentation in the SAP system.

Accounts Receivable (A/R) Monitoring 

• Prepares memos for discounts, collection shortage/overage and other adjustments to A/R.            

III. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

  • Immediate Superior: Area Sales Manager
  • Next Level Superior: National Sales Manager
  • Internal contacts: Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing
