ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သည့်ပြဿနာများကို ကြိုတင်ခန့်မှန်းခြင်း၊ တားဆီးကာကွယ်ခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်သည့်း အရေးပေါ်အစီအစဉ်များနှင့် အခြားဖြေရှင်းနည်းကိုကြိုတင်စီစဉ်ထားခြင်း၊

ရေရှည်နှင့်ရေတို အကျိုးရလဒ်နှစ်ခုစလုံးကို ကြိုတင်တွက်ချက်ထားခြင်း၊

ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များကို တိကျစွာဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ရမည်။

ရလာဒ်များကို တိုင်းတာ၍ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို မှန်ကန်စွာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

ညှိနှိုင်းမှုများကို အဆင်ပြေစွာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Container Terminal နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် နည်းပညာသင်တန်းများ၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးအစီအစဉ်များကို သေချာစွာလေ့လာသုံးသပ်၍ တိုးတက်မှုရှိစေရန်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

အဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Performance Reviews များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အချိန်တွင် ပြုလုပ်ပြီးဘ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။

မိမိဌာန၏ Business Process Analysis , KPI Analysis များကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

မိမိ၏ရုံးတွင်းအဖွဲ့သားများအား အင်ဂျင်နီယာပိုင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ကောင်းမွန်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

CT equipment နှင့် installation ပိုင်းများကို အဆင်သင့်အနေအထားတွင် ရှိနေစေရန် ပြင်ဆင်ထားရမည်။

Container terminal ပိုင်းတွင် မတော်တဆဖြစ်ပွားမှုများအားလုံးကို စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ မှတ်တမ်းထားရှိခြင်း၊ အစီရင်ခံခြင်းများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်၍ ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်မှုများကို ထားရှိရမည်။

procurement, operation, maintenance နှင့် upgrade Service များအတွက် အသုံးစရိတ်များကို မှန်ကန်စွာခန့်မှန်းတွက်ချက်နိုင်ရမည်။

ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု မြင့်မားစေရေးအတွက် ကောင်းမွန်သောသန့်ရှင်းရေးစံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် အာမခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

အလုပ်ကဏ္ဍများအားလုံး၏ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များ၊ ဘေးကင်းမှု၊ ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစွမ်းအား၊ ဧရိယာများအလိုက်ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ဘတ်ဂျက်ကန့်သတ်ချက်အတွင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

သက်ဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်များကို စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့်မားစွာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး လိုအပ်လျှင်အချိန်ကြာမြင့်စွာလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း နေ့စဉ်စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
