ROLE PURPOSE

The primary role of a Senior Associate - Safety & Security Control Center - is to handle the daily SSCC operations such as CCTV monitoring, SOS system monitoring and GPS controlling, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CCTV Operations: 

• Ensure daily monitoring and inspection of the Head Office CCTV cameras’ status.   
• Monitor the branch CCTV randomly not only live view but also play back if needed. 
• Support the management for the CCTV reviewing process for the investigation. 
• Cooperate with ELV operations teams for CCTV maintenance.

GPS & SOS Operations: 

• Manage the GPS & SOS installation process with vendors for both the buildings and vehicles, not only branches but also cash management. 
•  Ensure manage the functional set up process such as geofencing arrangement for the GPS monitoring.  
• Ensure daily monitoring and controlling with GPS, SOS & CCTV system for the vehicles movements including CIT ways also.  
• Ensure you cooperate with related CIT responsible people before any movements of vehicles.  
• Support to people leader for the contract & license process for the related system.  
• Ensure the daily checking of the GPS and SOS system’s status. 

Other Duties:  

• Ensure daily reporting to HOD and people leader for the daily activities especially CIT movements. 
• Laison with government authorities with HOD approval if needed. 
• Laison between requestor and department authorities for the travel advisory.  
• Conduct the ERT activities as a safety & security control center operator.  
• Ensure daily inspections of H.O fire alarm systems status.  
• Ensure manage the 24/7 safety & security control center services.  
• Accomplish other duties assigned by HOD and people leader. 

 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

Education & Special Training

Essential

• Bachelor's Degree 

Desirable 

• Related Certificates are preferable such as physical security, workplace safety, fire safety, emergency response preparedness, basic GPS & SOS knowledge and basic CCTV knowledge etc. 

Experience

Essential  

• Minimum three years of security supervisor experience. 
• Minimum one-year experiences of fire warden at high-rise building. 

Knowledge & Skills

Essential  

• Basic computer skills with Myanmar and English typing. 
• Good observational skills 
• The ability to deal calmly with emergencies.
• Knowledge of GPS & SOS system awareness.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures. 
• Knowledge of workplace safety especially fire safety.

Languages

Essential

• Communication skills in Myanmar and English.
