Espresso-based coffee, brewed coffee နှင့် အခြား beverage များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော recipe နှင့် quality standard အတိုင်း ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရန်
Coffee bean, grinder, espresso machine နှင့် အခြား bar equipment များကို မှန်ကန်စွာအသုံးပြု၍ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
Coffee quality, taste, presentation နှင့် consistency ကို နေ့စဉ်စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်
Junior Barista များကို coffee preparation, service standard နှင့် hygiene standard များအပေါ် လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးရန်
Bar operation ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး peak hours အတွင်း workflow ကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံရန်
Customer များအား ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးပြီး customer complaints များကို သင့်လျော်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းရန်
Daily opening / closing procedures များကို စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
Coffee beans, milk, syrup, cups နှင့် bar supplies များ၏ stock level ကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက Supervisor/Manager ထံ တင်ပြရန်
Food safety, personal hygiene နှင့် workplace safety standards များကို လိုက်နာရန်
Café cleanliness နှင့် bar station organization ကို အမြဲထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
New menu items နှင့် beverage recipes များကို စမ်းသပ်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီရန်
Manager မရှိသည့်အချိန်တွင် Bar Team ၏ daily operation ကို ဦးဆောင်ပေးရန်
Company policies, SOPs နှင့် service standards များကို လိုက်နာပြီး team member များအားလည်း လိုက်နာစေရန်

Job Requirements

Barista အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး 1–2 နှစ် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
Café / Restaurant / Specialty Coffee လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
Espresso machine, grinder နှင့် basic coffee equipment များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
Espresso extraction, milk steaming နှင့် basic latte art ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်
Coffee beans, roast level, grind size နှင့် basic coffee knowledge ရှိရမည်
Customer service နှင့် communication skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး junior staff များကို training ပေးနိုင်ရမည်
Busy environment / peak hours အတွင်း pressure ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်
Hygiene, cleanliness နှင့် food safety standards များကို နားလည်လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်
Stock control နှင့် basic inventory management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက အားသာချက်ဖြစ်သည်
အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး responsibility ယူတတ်ရမည်
အလုပ်ချိန်အလိုက် shift, weekend နှင့် public holiday များတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
