Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and product information.
Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and availability.
Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our adhesive products.
Train sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, Preferably a Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives or chemical distribution industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
Self-motivated and driven.
