Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, recruiting talent, and maintaining client relationships
Analyzes and interprets competitive data
Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales employees to ensure qualified personnel are recruited
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Support the teams with other responsibility as required
Weekly and Monthly Report to Manager

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experiences in related background.
Most preferable Strong knowledge in construction steel material.
Must be able to communicate in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to use SAP ERP software.
Possesses an understanding of effective customer relationships.
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
