• တာဝန်ချိန်အတွင်း ကွမ်း ၊ ဆေးလိပ် ၊ အရက် မသောက်စားနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• တာဝန်ချိန်အား တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည် ။
• တာဝန်ချိန်အတွင်း အိပ်စက်ခြင်း ၊ ဖုန်းသုံးခြင်းများအား ခွင့်မပြုပါ ။
• မိမိတာဝန်ချိန်အား လေးစားစွာလိုက်နာပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီမှသတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသောက်အစားကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

• ပညာအရည်အချင်း အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်း ( သို့မဟုတ် ) ဘွဲ့ရ အဆင့်ရှိရမည်။
• လုံခြုံရေးမှုးရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁ - ၃) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• အင်္ဂလိပ်စကား ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
• အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်၍ အသောက်အစားကင်းရှင်းရမည်။
