  • ဆိုင်၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
  • Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် အဖွဲ့အား ဦးဆောင်၍ ရောင်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရန်။
  • Sales Staff များ၏ Attendance၊ Performance နှင့် Customer Service ကို စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ရန်။
  • Customer Complaint များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးပြီး Customer Satisfaction ရရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Stock In/Out၊ Inventory နှင့် Product Display များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
  • Visual Merchandising ကို Company Standard အတိုင်း ပြင်ဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
  • Cash Handling နှင့် POS လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ကြီးကြပ်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • Staff Training၊ Coaching နှင့် Motivation ပေး၍ အဖွဲ့၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် မြှင့်တင်ရန်။
  • Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
  • အခြား Manager မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

  • ဘွဲ့ရ (Any Graduate) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Retail / Fashion / Cosmetics / Lifestyle Store များတွင် Shop Supervisor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (2) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
  • Leadership Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Sales Target ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်ဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Word၊ Excel နှင့် Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Stock Control နှင့် Inventory Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • ရိုးသား၍ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိကာ ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Shift Duty နှင့် Weekend/ Public Holiday များတွင် အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • LTG Store တည်နေရာအလိုက် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
