  • ဆိုင်၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Sales Target ရရှိရန် Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Attendance, Duty Schedule နှင့် Daily Performance များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
  • Customer များအား ကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
  • ဆိုင်အတွင်း Product Display နှင့် Store အပြင်အဆင်ကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Stock အဝင်/အထွက်နှင့် လက်ကျန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Daily Sales, Stock နှင့် Cash Report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း
  • Customer Complaint များကို သင့်လျော်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
  • Promotion နှင့် Marketing Activities များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း
  • ဆိုင်ဝန်ထမ်းများအား လိုအပ်သည့် Training နှင့် Guidance ပေးခြင်း
  • ဆိုင်၏ သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် စည်းကမ်းပိုင်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
  • Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

  • Retail / Sales ပိုင်းတွင် 2–3 နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
  • Supervisor / Team Leader အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး
  • Customer Service နှင့် Sales ပိုင်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်သူ
  • Team Management နှင့် Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Problem Solving နှင့် Decision-Making Skill ရှိသူ
  • Basic Computer (Word, Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
  • Sales Target နှင့် KPI များအပေါ် အာရုံစိုက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ
