Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
It is important to oversee daily shop operations such as merchandising , cleaning ,product display , and so on to ensure erverything runs smoothly.
Monitor individual sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales staff.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels and accurate product counts.
Assist in planning sales promotions and in-store events to boost sales.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in the retail sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
