Solar Product ကိုစိတ်ဝင်စားသူများနှင့် operation experience လိုချင်ပြီး learning လုပ်ရန်အသင့်ရှိနေသော Engineer Fresh Graduate လေးများအတွက် UMG company မှ အသစ်စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် Solar Technician Development Program (STDP) မှကြိုဆိုလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ Solar Technical ပိုင်းနဲ့ပတ်သတ်ပြီး စာတွေ့လက်တွေ့ပါ Train ပေးမယ့်အပြင် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာပါ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်ရမှာဖြစ်လိုExperience လိုချင်သူများအတွက်လဲ အခွင့်အလမ်းအများကြီးရှိနေပါတယ်။

Job Requirements

- B.E (Electrical Power) ၊ B.E (Mechatronic) ၊ AGTI (Electrical Power)ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အတွေ့အကြုံ မလိုပါ။
- အသက် 20 မှ 27 နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- နေရောင်ခြည်စွမ်းအင်သုံး တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော နယ်ပယ်ကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

- Assign ချရာ နယ်ဌာနခွဲများတွင် အရောင်းတာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။
- သင်တန်းနှင့် On Job Training တွင် တက်ရောက်လိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
- အထက်လူကြီးမှပေးအပ်သော မည်သည့်အလုပ်ကိုမဆို လုပ်ဆောင်လိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
- ဖိအားများအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
