၁။ ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံခြင်း (Receiving)
• ပြည်ပနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းမှဝင်လာသော ပစ္စည်းများ၊ Consignment ပစ္စည်းများကို Invoice (ဘောက်ချာ) နှင့် အရေအတွက် တိကျစွာတိုက်စစ်ပြီး လက်ခံရန်။
၂။ ပစ္စည်းထုတ်ပေးခြင်း (Issuing & Tracking)
• ပစ္စည်းထုတ်ပေးမှုစာရင်းများကို System ထဲသို နေ့စဉ်သွင်းရန်။
• အရောင်းစာရင်း၊ အခမဲ့ပေးသော (FOC) စာရင်းနှင့် ဆေးကုသမှုမှတ်တမ်း (Treatment Records/Kwin) များကို အပြန်အလှန် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
၃။ လက်ကျန်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Stock Counting)
• နေ့စဉ်နှင့် အပတ်စဉ် Ground Stock (မြေပြင်လက်ကျန်) ကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ဆင်းကောက်ရန်။
• Filler နှင့် Exohealer ကဲ့သို အရေးကြီးဆေးဝါးများ၏ လက်ကျန်ကို အထူးဂရုပြု စစ်ဆေးရန်။
• ပစ္စည်းပြတ်လပ်မှုမရှိစေရန် အဝယ်ဌာနသို လိုအပ်ချက်များ ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားရန်။
၄။ အစီရင်ခံစာတင်ပြခြင်း (Reporting)
• အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် စတော့လက်ကျန်အစီရင်ခံစာများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ခံများ (Supervisor, Dr, CFO) ထံ အချိန်မီပေးပိုရန်။
• သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးမည့်ဆေးဝါးများ (Expire List) ကို ကြိုတင်စစ်ဆေးတင်ပြရန်။

Job Requirements

၁။ ပညာအရည်အချင်းနှင့် အတွေ့အကြုံ
• ဘွဲတစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Stock Control သိုမဟုတ် Store ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• ဆေးဝါး သိုမဟုတ် အလှကုန်လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
၂။ နည်းပညာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု
• Microsoft Excel ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ (စာရင်းဇယား တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ)
• ဆေးခန်းသုံး Software (သိုမဟုတ်) POS စနစ်များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အခြေခံ ရှိရမည်။ (Oversea Invoice နှင့် ဆေးအမည်များ ဖတ်နိုင်ရန်)
၃။ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အရည်အချင်း
• စေ့စပ်သေချာသူ: ဆေးသက်တမ်း (Expiry Date) နှင့် အရေအတွက်ကို အမှားအယွင်းမရှိ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ။
• ရိုးသားသူ: တန်ဖိုးကြီး ဆေးဝါးနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ။
• အချိန်တိကျသူ: အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် Report များကို သတ်မှတ်ရက်အတွင်း တင်ပြနိုင်သူ။
