  • Warehouse/Store အတွင်းရှိ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ လက်ခံ၊ သိမ်းဆည်း၊ ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • ပစ္စည်းဝင်/ပစ္စည်းထွက်များကို Stock Card၊ Excel သို့မဟုတ် Inventory System တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ် Stock Balance နှင့် Physical Stock များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • ပစ္စည်းများကို အမျိုးအစား၊ Code၊ Batch/Serial Number အလိုက် စနစ်တကျ စီစဉ်ထားခြင်း။
  • Stock အနည်းအများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး လိုအပ်သောပစ္စည်းများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ အသိပေးခြင်း။
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stock Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Stock Take / Physical Inventory Count များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Stock ကွာဟမှု၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးမှု၊ ပျက်စီးမှုများရှိပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Supervisor/Manager ထံ အချိန်မီ တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Warehouse အတွင်း သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျထားရှိမှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • Purchasing, Sales, Finance နှင့် Warehouse Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Company မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Store/Warehouse Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Storekeeper / Warehouse ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 1–2 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Excel နှင့် Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Stock Control နှင့် Inventory Management အခြေခံသဘောတရားများ နားလည်ရမည်။
  • Stock Card / Inventory System အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • ပစ္စည်းအဝင်အထွက်များကို စာရင်းတိကျစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ကိုယ်ကာယကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက ပစ္စည်းများကို ရွှေ့ပြောင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ရိုးသား၊ စည်းကမ်းရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် စနစ်တကျနှင့် တိကျစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Stock စာရင်းနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများကို သေချာစွာ စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
