Treasury & Account Executive

Prepare sales/purchase invoices and delivery orders
Upload invoices, expenses, customer payments, closing inventories in accounting software
Perform credit collection
Handle cash-in-hand, reconcile cash and bank periodically
Assist with preparing accounting schedules and records as assigned
Work with other teams in performing monthly stock take
Support annual external audit
Assist with visiting banks and tax offices, if necessary
Handle any other tasks assigned by Line Supervisor or Management
