Job Summary
Waiter / Waitress သည် restaurant သို့လာရောက်သော customers များအား အစားအသောက်နှင့် beverages များကို professional service ပေးခြင်း၊ order များ လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် customer satisfaction ရရှိစေရန် တာဝန်ယူရသော position ဖြစ်သည်။
Job Responsibilities

Customers များကို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ ကြိုဆိုပြီး seating arrangement ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း
Food & beverage menu များကို ရှင်းပြပေးခြင်း
Customer orders များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံပြီး kitchen သို့ပို့ခြင်း
Food & drinks များကို timely service ပေးခြင်း
Customers များ၏ inquiries နှင့် requests များကို ကူညီဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
Dining area ကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
Bills များ စစ်ဆေးပေးပြီး payment process တွင် ကူညီခြင်း
Team members များနှင့် coordination ပြုလုပ်၍ smooth operation ဖြစ်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Customer satisfaction ရရှိစေရန် friendly and professional service ပေးခြင်း
