  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ရောက်ရှိလာချိန် သို့မဟုတ် ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူချိန်တို့တွင် ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ အတင်/အချ ပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
  • -ရောက်ရှိလာသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ အပျက်အစီး ရှိ/မရှိ၊ ပမာဏ မှန်/မမှန် စစ်ဆေးပြီးသက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ခံထံ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဂိုဒေါင်အတွင်းရှိ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စင်များ သို့မဟုတ် နေရာများတွင် ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အတိုင်း စီရီသိမ်းဆည်းရမည်။
  • ဂိုဒေါင်အတွင်း သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများ သပ်သပ်ရပ်ရပ် ရှိစေရန် အစဉ်အမြဲ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
  • လစဉ် သို့မဟုတ် အပတ်စဉ် ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန် စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။

  • ပစ္စည်းအတင်အချပြုလုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်သဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။(အရမ်းမလေးလံသော ပစ္စည်းများသာ) 
  • အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
