Warehouse တွင် နေ့စဉ်ထွက်ရှိသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်း ဝင်/ထွက် စာရင်းမှန်သမျှအား Ledger တွင် Update သွင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
Warehouse Associate များကိုလည်း အခါအားလျော်စွာ Manage လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။
နေ့စဉ်ထွက်ရှိသော Voucher များအားလုံးကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းရမည်။
Warehouse အတွင်းရှိ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ Minimum Level ရောက်ရှိပါက Manager ထံသို့ အချိန်မီတင်ပြရမည်။
လိုအပ်ပါက Warehouse Operation တွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် အသင့်ဖြစ်နေရမည်။
Warehouse ၏နေ့စဉ် ကုန်လက်ကျန်စာရင်းအား Finance သို့ ပို့ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
မြေပြင်စာရင်းနှင့် Ledger စာရင်းကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ/မရှိကို Clerk (Inventory) နှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ တစ်ပတ်လျှင် နှစ် ကြိမ် စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
