To assist Marketing Communication Manager on overall Marketing function & Activities which include the followings;

• Assist to develop brand communication and PR strategies to enhance all products.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment. 
• Perform other functions deemed necessary to carry out the success of the overall campaign
• Manage and provides support to Sales Team
• Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition.
  • Create marketing collateral, including white papers and technical papers.
  • Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
  • Coordination and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.
  • Maintain organisation Website: up to date the pictures, copy, announcements, attendance, etc. online once per week and keep events updated
  • Produce and maintain newsletter and updates.
  • Develops and provides marketing programs that promote chapter and regional events, and membership growth and retention.
  • Designs and implements plans to market events and products.
  • Monitoring and budget recording for the marketing spending
  • Works in coordination with the Events Coordinators on marketing events.
  • Maintains database of potential contacts.
  • Distributes press releases and produces media kits.
  • Invites media to regional events and serves as onsite media contact.
  • Initiates media opportunities including on-air interviews and feature stories.
  • Maintains database of advertising contacts.
  • Merchandising management.
  • Product marketing support (training materials, photos, videos etc.).
  • Provide status reports on overall marketing activities.

• Educated to Bachelor Degree level or Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field of Brand Marketing, Event Marketing, Agency Services, and/or Marketing Operations
• Good interpersonal skill, Negotiation skill & Communication skill.
• Must be able to lead Marketing Team.
• Monitor, Review and Report on all marketing activity and result.
• Fluent in English and presentation skill, Creative thinking, Computer literate.
