မော်တော်ယာဉ်၏ အင်ဂျင်နှင့် အောက်ပိုင်းကို တစ်လတစ်ကြိမ်စစ်ဆေးရန်၊ ပြုပြင်ရန်လိုအပ် ပါက Manager ထံသို့ ပြုပြင်ရန်အတွက် သတ်မှတ် Form နှင့်အတူ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်တောင်းခံ ရပါမည်။
