စိတ်ကျန်းမာရေးနယ်ပယ်အတွင်း Sales & Marketing ပိုင်းတွင် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း Community Mental Health ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးချင်သူများအတွက် အခွင့်အရေးကောင်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ADORE ဟာ youth-led organization တစ်ခုဖြစ်တာကြောင့် ပွင့်လင်းပြီး အချင်းချင်းနားလည်မှုရှိကာ သင်ယူတိုးတက်နိုင်တဲ့ supportive working environment တစ်ခုမှာ အတူတကွ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 📍 တာဝန်နှင့် ဝတ္တရားများ ▪️ Lead Generation: ADORE ရဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို စိတ်ဝင်စားနိုင်မယ့် ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ NGO များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို ရှာဖွေပြီး ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်း။ ▪️ Sales Pipeline: ဆက်သွယ်ထားသော ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် potential clients များ၏ အချက်အလက်များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။ ▪️ EWP Outreach: ဖုန်း၊ Email သို့မဟုတ် လူကိုယ်တိုင် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး ADORE ၏ Emotional Wellbeing Program (EWP) နှင့် အခြားဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအကြောင်း ကနဦး မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း။ ▪️ Setting Meetings: Potential clients များနှင့် ADORE မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန် Meetings များ ချိတ်ဆက်စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း။
