• အလုပ်အကျဉ်းချုပ် CAG Engineering Co.,Ltd တွင် Inventory Executive အနေဖြင့် သိုလှောင်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ မှန်ကန်တိကျမှု၊ စတော့ဝင်/ထွက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနှင့် စာရင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများကို တာဝန်ယူရမည်။ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ inventory control ကို ထိရောက်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်လိုအပ်သည်။ Key Responsibilities ● သိုလှောင်စာရင်းများကို တိကျစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး stock in/out နှင့် stock balance ကို နေ့စဉ် စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုရန် ● Warehouse/Store လည်ပတ်မှုကို စောင့်ကြည့်ကာ stock control နှင့် သိမ်းဆည်းမှု စနစ်တကျ ဖြစ်စေရန် ● လစဉ် inventory report များ ပြုစု၍ stock reconciliation နှင့် ကွာဟချက်များကို ဖော်ထုတ်ရန် ● Procurement, Finance နှင့် Project team များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းကာ inventory ဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဖြေရှင်းရန် ● ပျောက်ဆုံးမှု၊ ပျက်စီးမှုနှင့် shortage များကို ချက်ချင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာသို့ တင်ပြရန် ● Inventory documentation များကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းပြီး company procedures နှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ● Internal နှင့် external audit များတွင် inventory data, records, နှင့် support information များပံ့ပိုးရန် ● Inventory accuracy ကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဆက်လက်စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး အစီရင်ခံရန်
