Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control. Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Enforce workplace health and safety procedures. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel. Schedule staff shifts and assign workloads. Monitor employee performance and productivity. Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and other departments. Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse records. Investigate and resolve operational issues or customer complaints.
