Assist with marking and record-keeping under teacher guidance. Provide support for children with additional learning needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Encourage children to interact and work cooperatively with others. Support emotional, social, and physical development of children. Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents as needed. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Support children in daily routines including arrival, meals, toileting, playtime, and dismissal. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety and positive interactions. Promote respectful communication and social development among children. Prepare and organize learning materials as instructed by the lead teacher. Provide individual support to children who need extra help. Observe and report children’s progress or concerns to the lead teacher. Assist with classroom documentation and display of children’s work. Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher events as required.
