ဆိုင်ခွဲများရှိ အရောင်းစာရင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းအဝင်အထွက်စာရင်းများအား မှန်ကန်မှုရှိ/မရှိ သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးရမည်။ နေ့စဥ်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းများ၊ အရောင်းစာရင်းများ စာရင်းထည့်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။ လတိုင်း Ground Stock စစ်ခြင်း၊ Petty Cash စာရင်းများ စစ်ဆေးရမည်။ Cash Book စာရင်းများသွင်းနိုင်ရမည်။ တစ်ပတ်တစ်ကြိမ်နှင့် တစ်လတစ်ကြိမ် စာရင်းများအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာလူကြီးထံ Report တင်ပေးရမည်။ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်တတ်သောအမှားများအား စစ်ဆေးပြီး အထက်လူကြီးထံ အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ တင်ပြပေးရမည်။
