Preparing and sending sales invoices via email and coordinating with delivery team to ensure timely delivery of goods to dispatch gates. Taking responsibility for resolving issues related to undelivered, misdelivered, or incorrect items in a timely and professional manner. During sales events, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of order lists placed by agents.
