ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း (Stock Records) များကို မှန်ကန်တိကျစွာ စောင့်ကြည့်စီမံခြင်း။ ဆေးဝါးလုပ်ငန်း၏ စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ စာရင်းအပြည့်အစုံ (Full-set Accounts) ကို ကြီးကြပ်ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီး လစဉ်၊ သုံးလတစ်ကြိမ်နှင့် နှစ်ကုန်စာရင်းပိတ်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ အခွန်နှင့် ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ လိုက်နာမှုများ ပြည့်မီစေရေးအတွက် စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး စာရင်းစစ်များ၊ အခွန်အာဏာပိုင်များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ အကြွေးဝယ်/အကြွေးရှင် (AP/AR)၊ စာရင်းရင်းဂဏန်း (General Ledger)၊ လစာ (Payroll)၊ ငွေသားစီးဆင်းမှုနှင့် ဘဏ်ပြေစာများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။ ဘတ်ဂျက်ရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး စီးပွားရေးဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များအတွက် လမ်းညွှန်အကြံပြုခြင်း။ စာရင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများ မှန်ကန်ခြင်း၊ ဥပဒေစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့်အညီ လိုက်နာခြင်းနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဆေးရေးစနစ် (Internal Controls) ခိုင်မာစေရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
