Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee data, personal information, employment contracts, and HR-related documentation within HR databases. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and onboarding materials, and conducting background checks. HR Support & Compliance: Responding to employee inquiries about HR policies and benefits, assisting with performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Administrative Tasks: Managing HR filing systems, coordinating meetings and events, preparing HR reports, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. Office Management (for combined roles): In roles that also cover administration, this can include managing office supplies, coordinating office logistics, and supporting general administrative functions within the wider organization.
