Department Head မှ ပေးအပ်သော Leads List များကို ဖုန်းဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး Company ၏ Services များကို Presentation ပြုလုပ်ကာ ရောင်းချနိုင် ရမည်။ Qualified Leads များ၏ Requirements များအပေါ် မူတည်၍ Company Services များကို မိတ်ဆက်ပြီး ရောင်းချပေးရမည်။ Client များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များနှင့် Objections များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဖြေကြားပြီး Sales Conversion ရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Call Results များကို System ထဲတွင် မှန်ကန်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ ထည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။ Department Head ၏ Instructions များအတိုင်း တိကျစွာ Reporting ပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။ Follow-up Calls များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော System အတိုင်း တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Pitch Calls များကိုလည်း Daily Assignment အတိုင်း မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Sales Target / KPI များအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ Department ၏ လိုအပ်သော လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
