The main duty of CSO (Customer Service Officer) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in different channels at contact centre such as incoming calls/ outbound calls, email and social media as per daily productivity target and guidelines. Job Description Handle customer requests and complaints via any channel (calls, email, social media). Make outbound calls according to standard operating procedures and call handling scripts to explain customer complaints and close the tickets within SLA.
