Key Purpose of the Job: Activity / Event Planning and Preparation Capture activities and events requirement from all stakeholders ahead of time and prepare an events and activities calendar draft Obtain formal sign-off from all stakeholders for the events and activities calendar Lead in the planning, conception, preparation and invitation of the activities and events for prospects, students and referrals Plan and coordinate for the production of all marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team Activities and events execution and reporting Manage communications across all departments to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the events Lead the event coordinator in organizing the center decoration for all internal events and ensure that the social area is tidy after the events Ensure the delivery of events and activities that drive students and prospects engagement Manage the budget for the respective events Capture feedback and drive internal student's experience Build and update relevant and insightful event and activity reporting, including students' attendance to academic driven activities While the above includes a description of the essential functions of the position, other duties may be assigned.
