As a System Engineer at KBZ Bank, you will be a core member of the System and Cloud Infra Support Team. You will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining our hybrid infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of both our on-premise Data Center operations and our expanding AWS Cloud footprint. You will play a critical role in supporting modern containerized environments, automated deployment pipelines, enterprise storage, and critical communication gateways. Key Responsibilities System & On-Premise Infrastructure Management Performs operational support on all Cloud Services & On-Premises Datacenter, including but not limited to provisioning, configuration, monitoring and troubleshoot Provision, configure, and manage Linux operating systems running within our on-premise VMware vSphere/ESXi environments. Administer and monitor enterprise storage solutions, specifically NetApp and Huawei storage arrays, ensuring optimal performance and capacity planning. Manage disaster recovery and data retention using NetBackup services, conducting regular backup and restore drills. Design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS, managing services including but not limited to EC2, VPC, RDS, ElastiCache (Redis), and Lambda. Administer, scale, and secure Kubernetes clusters across both cloud and on-premise environments, utilizing Amazon EKS and VMware Tanzu . Implement cost-optimization strategies and monitor resource utilization across all cloud deployments. Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth and reliable application delivery and infrastructure automation. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to support automated deployments and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SMTP outbound gateways, including FortiMail, SendGrid, and Postfix, ensuring high email deliverability and security compliance. Monitor system health, network performance, and security across the entire infrastructure stack, proactively resolving alerts and incidents. Participate in on-premise and Cloud infrastructure projects Provide support during non-office hour whenever needed
