• The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine branch transactions for bank customers on a day-to-day basis, and for ensuring high levels of customer service. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring adequate cash is available at the cash counters, all accounts are balanced and updated at the end of the day, and for preventing losses through frauds.
