Job Description In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures. Strong Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required in a warehouse environment. Plan with production teams to ensure timely shortage clearance, Bom update & requesting materials from SG. To fulfill production site request and immediate resolve if compliant raise Responsible to perform day to day operation in warehouse by ensure adequate manpower. Ensure inventory transaction, ERP transaction needs to complete within in issued day & maintain stock accuracy. To ensure inventory (perpetual, cycle) counting and make to verify discrepancies with WH management. Responsibility to maintain between ground stock inventory & ERP inventory. To ensure filling of documents is complete on time. To ensure the cleanliness of the workplace, warehouse tools, consumable items and equipment. Other functional activities such as Non-conformance report, Scrap Report, T-Loan, Repeated materials for ensure quality management, After sale-services & advantages for COACH building. Perform other jobs related function when required by management team
