• Tour packages, hotel bookings, air tickets, car rentals စသည်တို့ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။ Customer inquiries, bookings, confirmation letter/email, invoice issue စတာတွေကို စီမံနိုင်ရန်။ Operation Manager နဲ့ အတူပေါင်းပြီး day-to-day tour operations ကို အထောက်အပံ့ပေးရန်။ Tour guide, driver, hotel, airline တို့နဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးရန်။ Customer itinerary တွေကို confirm/check ပြုလုပ်ပေးရန်။ Office admin support တချို့ (data entry, filing, reporting) ပံ့ပိုးရန်။ Unexpected issues (flight delay, hotel overbooking, etc.) ဖြစ်လာတဲ့အခါ အထူးပြုပြင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။ Daily/weekly operation reports ပြုစုပြီး Management ကိုတင်ပြရန်။
