Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Merchandising Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Maintain and update customer records in the RMS system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Process and track sales orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time. Manage sales documentation, contracts, and agreements. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing issues or concerns as needed. Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotes for potential clients. Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to the sales team. Prepare and analyze sales reports, track sales performance, and assist in forecasting sales. Provide sales data and insights to help the sales team make informed decisions. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate communication between the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams. Organize sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required. Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and manage any inventory-related issues. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery Monitor and maintain stock levels and communicate with the procurement team regarding inventory needs. Help track customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
