ဆေးရုံ Ground Tank အတွင်းတွင် ရေပြတ်လတ်မှုမရှိစေရန် ဆေးရုံနှင့်အဆောင်ဘက်တွင်ရှိသော Tube well များ နှင့် YCDC မှလာသောရေများကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ဂရုစိုက်၍ Ground Tank အတွင်းသို့ ရေဖြည့်ရခြင်း။ Treatment ကန်အတွင်း Treatment လုပ်ထားပြီးသောရေများ ဆေးရုံ Tank သို့ရေများ Auto မောင်းပြီးသွားချိန်တွင် Wall Water အတွင်းရှိ ရေများကို Treatment ပြန်လုပ်ပြီး Treatment ကန်အတွင်းသို့ အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ အမြဲဂရုစိုက်၍ ပြန်လည်ဖြည့်ပေးခြင်း။ ရေဆိုးရေညစ်စနစ်များ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း ကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း Generator room ရှိ EE Room မှ Air con အားချိန်မောင်းပေးခြင်း။ Generator PM ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း ။ UPS PM များကူညီခြင်း ။ မီးပျက်၊မီးလာချိန်များတွင် Cooling Tower များနှင့် Chiller များအားပြန်လည်မောင်းနှင်ပေးခြင်း။ Split type air-con များနှင့် cassette type air-con များအား ၅လ(သို့)၆လ တစ်ကြိမ် servicing ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။ Air-con များအား နေ့စဉ်စစ်ဆေး၍ လိုအပ်သည်များကို ပြုပြင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Mechanical ventilation fan များကို သန့်ရှင်းရေးပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း servicng ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
