Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Associate is responsible in obtaining financial data, recording transactions and maintaining accounting records

II.    DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Processing (analyzing and recording) accounts payable transaction in SAP system related to but not limited to operating expenses, raw and packaging materials, travel advances, liquidations and alike.
• Checking monthly timekeeping transactions before processing.
• Responsible in maintaining and monitoring transactions related to Fixed Assets.
• Maintaining accounting files and information.
• Provide assistance to Accounting Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Daily Output  - Payable Voucher and Journal Vouchers
• Monthly Output – Monthly Asset Monitoring Report and monthly timekeeping report.

LCCI Level - 2

Graduate of Business Course with further studies on Accountancy

Experience in handling finance and accounting preferred

Has good communication and presentation skills
