English Version

• Preparation of weekly menu
• In charge of hygiene, food safety, personal hygiene, safety in the catering team
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
• On duty on the service counter during the meal times to do welcoming customers
• Receive a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Promptly reports equipment and food quality or shortage problems to Manager
• Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standard are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area
• Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning. Battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating
• Handles, stores, labels, and rotates all products properly
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others inclosing the kitchen

• Indian Cook အနေဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• အိန္ဒိယအစားအစာချက်ပြုတ်နည်း အထူးကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• P.V နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ် သက်တမ်း အနည်းဆုံး ခြောက်လရှိရမည်။
• Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

English Version

• Minimum (03) years working experience as Indian Cook
• Must have specialized knowledge in cooking Indian Food
• Must have P.V. passport at least six month validity
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong Teamwork Spirit and Good Attitude
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to do assigned duties as required
• Honest and Reliable
